Oleoresins in food  

In foods oleoresins provide seasoning and colour. They are used in scatterable or liquid seasoning preparations or as concentrated seasoning in a broad range of foods – from sauces, marinades and salad dressings through baked goods and confectionery to fruit preparations and ready meals.

The high concentration of flavourings and odorants and their reliable quality make oleoresins popular natural ingredients in foods. We have been offering oleoresins and essential oils in our range for many years. With our oleoresins for the food sector, you can choose between oil and water dispersible as well as various stabilised qualities according to your needs. We also adjust concentrations such as colour units or the capsaicinoid content individually for you on request in our own production.
