Background

LipoMill Coconut Flour is harvested from the fruit of the coconut tree (Cocos nucifera). The origin and main growing areas are the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and India. To produce the flour, the flesh of the white coconut husk is carefully dried and deoiled. This process reduces the oil content to less than 16%. The residual press cake is then ground to a fine white flour with the typical coconut aroma.
